1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between the client (whether residential homeowner, commercial enterprise, or agricultural operator) and Rayzen Corporate. By commissioning a site audit, accepting a solar quotation, or signing an EPC agreement, you confirm acceptance of these operating terms.
2. Engineering Feasibility & Site Feasibility
All solar proposals are prepared based on preliminary site assessments. Prior to structural mounting, Rayzen Corporate conducts a mandatory structural and shadow analysis. If the roof requires structural reinforcement or waterproofing repairs, the client must authorize necessary remedial works to ensure safety compliance.
3. PM Surya Ghar Government Subsidies
Central government subsidies under the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana (up to ₹78,000) are disbursed directly into the consumer's bank account via Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) by the designated nodal agency. While Rayzen Corporate manages all filing, net-meter synchronization, and portal submissions, the timing of the government transfer remains subject to official verification timelines.
4. Warranties & Hardware Performance
All equipment furnished adheres strictly to Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) and Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) guidelines:
- Solar Modules: 25-Year linear power generation warranty (guaranteeing minimum 80% output at year 25) and 10 to 12-year product craftsmanship warranty.
- Inverters: 5 to 10-year standard manufacturer replacement warranty against electrical manufacturing defects.
- Mounting Structures: Hot-dip galvanized (HDG) / anodized aluminum racking rated for 150+ km/h wind speeds.
5. Payment Schedules & Milestones
Standard turnkey projects are billed in structured milestones: Advance booking deposit upon site survey sign-off, dispatch milestone upon hardware procurement, and final balance payment upon plant synchronization and net-meter testing.
