Rayzen Corporate

Applicable to Turnkey Solar EPC, Hardware Procurement & Engineering Contracts
Effective Date: October 2026

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the commercial guidelines and legal terms governing payments made to Rayzen Corporate ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") by residential, agricultural, and commercial clients for rooftop solar installations, feasibility audits, equipment supply, and technical liaisoning services.

1. Site Feasibility & Engineering Audit Deposits

Pre-installation site survey and shadow feasibility assessment fees (if levied) cover direct manpower mobilization, drone thermography, and custom CAD structural design. If a client proceeds with the solar EPC contract within thirty (30) days of survey completion, the entire survey fee is credited against the final contract value. Feasibility fees are non-refundable once the physical rooftop inspection has taken place.

2. Hardware Procurement & Tier-1 Solar Modules

Once a milestone payment for equipment procurement is executed and custom Tier-1 solar modules (e.g. Mono PERC or Top-Con bi-facial cells), on-grid inverters, or custom Hot-Dip Galvanized (HDG) mounting structures have been ordered from original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) or dispatched from our fulfillment warehouse, payments allocated toward hardware are strictly non-refundable and cannot be cancelled due to manufacturer reservation commitments.

3. Milestone-Based Project Payments

Solar engineering and execution contracts operate on phased milestone billing:

  • Milestone 1 (Token & Design): 10% upon signing and solar portal file creation. Refundable (less administrative processing expenses) only prior to physical file submission to the DISCOM.
  • Milestone 2 (Equipment Dispatch): 70% upon module, inverter, and BOS delivery at the customer premises. Non-refundable once materials are physically delivered and verified.
  • Milestone 3 (Grid Testing & Meter Synchronization): 20% balance upon net meter inspection and official commissioning.
4. DISCOM Regulatory & Government Subsidy Approvals

While Rayzen Corporate provides comprehensive documentation management for national solar portal DBT subsidies (up to ₹78,000 under PM Surya Ghar), government subsidies are processed and disbursed directly by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) and the respective state electricity distribution companies (DISCOMs). Delays arising from state grid load sanction backlogs, DISCOM transformer upgrades, or government portal verifications do not constitute grounds for EPC contract cancellation or financial refund.

5. Formal Cancellation Procedure

Any formal contract cancellation request must be submitted in writing from the registered client email to our official accounts desk at hello@rayzencorporate.com. Verbal requests, phone calls, or field conversations shall not be deemed valid legal notices of cancellation.

6. Approved Refund Processing

In approved cases where a mutual cancellation is authorized in writing prior to equipment procurement or installation deployment, refunds will be processed via original payment banking channels (NEFT/RTGS/Cheque) within seven to ten (7-10) business days following deduction of applicable administrative, statutory GST, and engineering design expenses.
